Delivery, installation & removal
We don’t just drop it at the door. Our delivery crew brings your new appliance inside, installs it where you need it, and takes your old one away for recycling. Delivery is free. Installation and old-appliance removal is an optional paid service, priced by appliance and shown on each product page — £105 for fitting an appliance into a kitchen unit.
Aftercare you can count on
If something’s not right after delivery, just call or text us. Within 28 days we’ll replace a faulty appliance; after that the manufacturer warranty takes over and we’ll help you with any claim. And even years later, if an appliance ever stops working properly, you can pick up the phone — you’ll get a real person who can help.
