Accessibility Statement

Johns Electrical wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including anyone using a screen reader, voice control, magnification or keyboard-only navigation.

What we aim for

We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. The site can be navigated by keyboard alone, and animations respect your device's reduced motion setting, so they are minimised if you have that switched on. Where we publish our own videos, we caption them.

What might not be perfect yet

This website uses third-party apps for things like checkout, reviews and chat, and we cannot guarantee every part of those meets the same standard. If you find a page or a feature that is hard to use, please tell us, we would rather know and fix it than leave it.
