Available on our appliances — the price is shown on each product page, where you can add it to your order. Our professional team installs your new appliance, tests it’s working, and takes your old one away for responsible recycling.

Unlike ordering from other places, you’re not left waiting around for a courier in a rush who drops a box at your door and drives off. Our own dedicated team delivers to your home and, where the appliance and access allow, carries it to the agreed room. If installation and removal are selected and eligible, the team will install and test the new appliance and take the old one away for recycling.

Installation and old appliance removal is an optional service, priced by appliance. Add it on the product page and the price is included in what you pay at checkout — taking the old appliance away and recycling it is part of that service:
So a free-standing washing machine or fridge freezer costs you the price on the product page, delivered inside your home free of charge — and £35 more if you would like us to install it, test it and take the old one away. Fitting an appliance into a kitchen unit is £105, as is a hob, a built-in oven or a cooker. Delivery is 1-3 business days. We arrange the delivery day with you; timing, access and service options are confirmed before the booking.

When you order from other places, you get a box left on your doorstep not knowing what happened to it along the way. Sometimes you book an installation slot weeks in advance and hope the subcontractor turns up on time.
When you order from us, you get our team — people who’ve been delivering and installing appliances for decades. They will check the agreed access route and raise any issue before attempting the move. They know how to level a cooker on an uneven floor. Where installation has been selected and is suitable, they’ll connect and test the appliance before they leave.

If something isn’t right after installation, contact the shop. We will check what has happened and explain the appropriate next step, including whether a return visit or manufacturer support is needed.
If a product develops a fault, contact us promptly. Your rights and the appropriate remedy depend on the circumstances; we will help explain the next step and any manufacturer warranty process.
