The bigger option A full fitted kitchen Units, worktops, sink and tap, the lot — with the appliances built in. It's a bigger job than the rest of the list, so we come out and look at the room first, then quote it properly.

Gas appliances are fitted by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

The TV pack

For furnished lets, HMOs and short lets. A TV sized to the room, tuned and working before we leave.
