First, the property
This scales everything below — bedroom items are picked once and repeated for every room.
Kitchen & laundry
Gas cookers and hobs are fitted by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Living room
TVs come tuned and working — wall mounted with cables tidied, or on a stand.
Bedrooms
Pick once — we repeat it for every bedroom, assembled in the room it belongs in.
Dining
Assembled and in place.
Small appliances
The bits people forget until move-in day.
Kitchen starter
Enough to cook and eat on day one.
A full fitted kitchen
Units, worktops, sink and tap — with the appliances built in. It's a bigger job than the rest of this list, so we come out and look at the room first, then quote it properly.
